Storytelling Drama Workshops

FOR EYFS, KS1 & KS2

​

Curriculum links include:

- Developing creativity and imagination through make-believe and exploration of real-life themes

- Nurturing a love of books

- Improving communication and language skills

- Developing social skills through character exploration and teamwork 

- Learning basic drama practices such as roleplay and freeze-frames

- Improving upon students' presenting skills.

Our bespoke storytelling drama workshops can be based on any book or theme you’re exploring in class. Using drama games and storytelling, we bring stories to life and immerse children in their world.

​

For EYFS and KS1, we use our Cat & Hutch puppets, characters, songs, and interactive storytelling to bring the book to life.

With KS2, the workshops focus on the themes within the story, character development, and a mix of group and independent work.​

Sessions run for 30–60 minutes (EYFS & KS1) or up to 90 minutes (KS2) and can take place in a classroom or hall.

Our classic stories are interactive adaptations, giving students the chance to jump into these well-known stories and play some of the characters. These stories are brought to life using puppetry, song, and roleplay.
